Payment Terms

• Payment Due Date: immediate payment upon completion of job
• Late Payment: Any payment not received within the due date above shall be considered late, and a late fee of £100 will be applied or the waste will be returned
• ⁠By agreeing to our terms and conditions we reserve to right to return any waste collected due to lack of payment.

Termination

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any works right up until the work was due to take place for the following reasons;

• Hazardous waste found
• Unsafe work conditions
• Illness or lack of work staff

• Liability: Dumpsters Residential & Commercial Rubbish and Appliance Clearance shall not be held liable for any damage or loss that occurs during the course of providing services unless it results from gross negligence.
• Insurance: The Client is responsible for ensuring that their property is adequately insured against any potential damages arising from the services provided by Dumpsters Residential & Commercial Rubbish and Appliance Clearance.
• Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Dumpsters Residential & Commercial Rubbish and Appliance Clearance from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the services.

Waste we do not accept

• Asbestos or items containing any amount of asbestos
• Large quantities of oil/water based paint
• Lithium batteries
• Oil treated wood such as sleepers etc
• Sharp objects or knives that aren’t contained properly

Any items found of this nature before the rubbish removal will be disregarded and any of the above items found hidden or undeclared after the clearance will be returned to the customer which can also, based on our discretion, can be fined up to £2000 which is the hazardous waste charge we will be fined by our recycling centre if it is tipped.
